Warren Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program has begun reviewing
applications for the academic year 2009-2010. Interviews include a tour
of our model family practice office and hospital. If selected for an interview
date, you will be notified by mail or e-mail.

PGY-1 family practice resident applicants must apply through ERAS,the
Electronic Residency Application Service through your medical school.

PGY-2 and osteopathic applicants whose schools do not participate in ERAS
may submit a paper application. Paper applications must include the following:

 

 

 

International medical graduates must also use ERAS and must be a United States citizen or Permanent Resident to qualify for employment with Warren Hospital. Applicants from international medical schools must also document/submit the following:

• Must possess a valid ECFMG certificate
• One year approved ACGME clinical training in the U.S.
• Documentation that shows passing of the CSA (Clinical Skills Assessment) offered by the ECFMG
